Election Schedule for the term 2024-2025
ALL MEMBERS
As per decision of Executive Committee Meeting held on 08 July, 2024 following schedule has been approved for Election of Members of Managing Committee.
VOTING RIGHT
Those members who have completed at least Two years of their valid membership of PADFA as on the date of announcement of Election Schedule and renewed their membership by 31 March 2024 will be entitled to cast vote.
The following election schedule approved by the Executive Committee of Pakistan Agriculture & Dairy Farmers Association (PADFA) in its Meeting held on Wednesday July 08, 2024 at 09:00 AM in PADFA head office, Faisalabad, is hereby announced for election of Executive Committee Members of Pakistan Agriculture & Dairy Farmers Association (PADFA) for the term 2024-2025 (1st October, 2024 to 30th September, 2025):

Announcement of election schedule & appointment of election commission for display/submit as follows:
a) at the notice board at head office & regional office of the association) b) at the website of the association ; and c) c) submitted to the Regulator. |

Saturday 13st July, 2024 |
Last date for intimation by members/firms desiring to change their representative i.e. name of representative to the Secretary General along with necessary proof of eligibility. |

Thursday 18th July, 2024 |
Last date for display of provisional list of voters eligible to vote along with their national tax number, sales tax registration number, if applicable, the name and national identity card number of their representative) on:
a) Notice Board at head office & regional office of the association. b) Website of the association. |

Monday 22nd July, 2024 |
Last date for receipt of any objection by the members to the entries in the list of voters. (Members shall send their objections in writing to the Secretary General). |

Friday 26th July, 2024 |
Last date by which the Secretary General will intimate action on the objections or changes sent by member. |

Wednesday 31 Jul, 2024 |
Last date for making representation to the election commission by the members aggrieved by the decision of Secretary General. |

Monday 5th August, 2024 |
Last date the commission will decide the representation. |

Friday 9th August, 2024 |
Last date for making appeal to the regulator by the members aggrieved by the decision of election commission. |

Monday 12th August, 2024 |
Last date for displaying final list of voters:
a) at the notice board at head office of the association; b) at the website of association ; c) and submitted to the Regulator. |

Saturday 17th August, 2024 |
Last date for submission of nomination paper from the consenting members (duly proposed and seconded by a duly registered voter and signed by the candidate to the Secretary General). |

Monday 19th August, 2024 |
A copy of the final list of voters shall be provided to each contesting candidate. The nomination papers by scrutinized the election commission and list of candidates shall be displayed. |
